Installation:

There are two kinds ballast for traditional fluorescent. One is Magnetic Ballast, another is Electronic Ballast. 

If you want to change your Old Fluorescent Tube to LED Tube Light, there are two different way as follow:

Product Inspection: 

1. We apply 5 runs of inspection procedures before delivery. All these inspection procedure ensure the quality of our products.

(1) In SMD room, 100% led chip lighted on PCB board. 

(2) 100% applied at assembling lines. 

(3) 100% applied at aging lines. 

(4) 100% applied at packaging lines.

(5) a selected inspection procedure is applied before delivery. 

2:We Have our Aging Test Equipment and Intergrating Sphere. Have 8-12 hours aging test before delivery.

Sample(s) is available and welcome for quality testing.

Packaging & Delivery

Packaging Details:

1. Paper tube packing method: 1pcs/paper tube, 50pcs/ctn

2. Foam holder packing method: 1pcs/plastic bag, hold up by foam, 50pcs/ctn

3. Color box + Neutral carton method: 1pcs/inner color box, 50pcs/ctn

Delivery Details:

After receiving the payment, 3-4 days for samples, 1-1000pcs 7-10 days, 1000-5000pcs 10-15 days, over 5000pcs 15-30 days.

Samples by DHL or FedEx, bulky goods by our or your forwarder.
